Shaman King 30 Day Challenge
Day 2: Favourite character(s)? and why?
This one is really difficult, I love all single character and all of them have is unique personality. I am only going to point the ones that are in the top of the list.
P.S: This my contain some spoilers of the manga
Yoh Asakura
Of course I love the main character of the story. Yoh that the begging look like a kid that doesn’t care about anything only want to relax but with time it show that we really care with everyone, even with is enemies. He quits the shaman fight only to save Ren.
Yoh have that ability to keep everyone call. He show me that is no need to be stress with everthing if we keep call everything will be okay.
Hao Asakura
I know he is the bad guy but in the end you could see that he wasn’t that bad that all. He was confused because everything that happen in his past.
Hao is more similar as Yoh than most people think, Hao even being like he was, someone that only want to be the king and destroy all the humans, he care about his comrades, but the only persons that notice the good side of Hao was Opacho and Yoh.
Hao like Yoh are my favorite character since the first time I saw the anime and they will keep like that.
Horo Horo/Usui Horokeu
What I can say about Horo Horo. He is that character that make me always laugh.
Horo Horo looks like that goofy character with a strange dream, but inside him is a strong wolf really to wake up. Horo Horo was only of the many character that surprise me in the manga, he wasn’t that kid that was afraid of the training of his younger sister, but he show a really strong spirit.
Chocolove
I know a lot of people doesn’t like him because of the stupid jokes. I think we are the ones that can’t understand his jokes, because it have a big meaning in the way you say or right the word, so when is traslate it loose that magic.
I am here to talk more about the manga side of Chocolove. Chocolove because in ones of the most stronger shaman in the serie. He learn about is mistakes when he kill Redseb and Seyram father, so he decide to be blind to feel the same felling Seyram have.
Chocolove is so much grow up in the manga and I had a lot of fun notice that growing in the manga.
Ren Tao
For the last one I will put Ren. Again most because of the manga. In the beginning he looks like that kid that wants to show is the stronger shaman in the world and nobody can stop him. He doesn’t have mercy for anyone even is family. While the time past he can see more and more of this emotions, is fears, is weakness and love. I really don’t know what to say about Ren, I think he from all the character is one that grow the most and learn that even meaning he doesn’t have a lot of Furyoku it doesn’t mean he is weak.
Well I could keep writing all day about all the character…I have a lot more like Ryo, Anna, Matamune, Opacho, Jeanne, but if you want to know my opinion about others character only ask me.
What I am going now….
For the ones that doesn’t know, this is my first week of holidays =w=. And I decide to work on my cosplays and some drawings OwO. During the day I work on cosplay and during the night I draw, since my father doesn’t leat me use the sewing machine during the night, he saw it make to much noise =.=
Shaman King fan art, Yoh and Horo-Horo. I also did Ren but is in another page. I only need to put some glow in the eyes and they are finished, I have a lot of this drawing to finished OwO…then I will put then all in here.

Is sad isn’t…..everytime a good figure of shaman king appear something happen, or it come so bad or is too expensive and only there is 100 of them
Yoh Figure is already in pre-order
I should be really happy for finally seeing the opportunity of having a figure of my favorite character from my favorite manga….but I am sad.
First, because of the price, the figure cost 6,410 yen that is near 63 Euros or 80 Dollars =.= —> Note that this figure is smaller than a figma and figma are more cheaper.
Second, I saw in detail all the final images of the figure that come out today and before and I really have to say that I’m not happy with that I saw. When you look to the this picture it looks like that the figure is really well done but if you look to the image of Amidamaru and close to Yoh, you notice that they didn’t do a good job with the painting. It’s look like they did this really fast so they could put the figure to sell.
The eyes of Amidamaru could look a lot better.
And some parts of the Yoh clothes seem a little bit off.
For Yoh faces.
I like that he bring four different faces, so a person can choose the one he like the most. For me the two first ones are the best and are two good expression of Yoh personality. The two last ones are good but I see some problem on it. In the third one they try to make that relax face Yoh have most of the time, but his mouth it doesn’t look good on it, as for the angry face, well, I really don’t like how they did it.
OHHHH…and I notice something. Yoh eye color is dark brown, most black in the anime, so why is eyes in the figure are yellow or amber, I don’t understand why they change the color of the eyes.
I don’t think this is a really bad figure.
I love the serie and I always want to have a figure of Yoh, Horohoro, Ren, Hao and Chocolove. And when it finally possible to have one they make it to expensive and with a lot of coloring mistakes. Another note, they didn’t write “Funbari onsen” in the back of Yoh shirt.
I am still a bit off if I buy this figure or no only because the meaning this serie have to me. (if I could find the money =.=).
I only hope they make others figures and better ones.
